Rules and More Information
$500 security deposit is required on all rentals. Security deposits will be returned within 30 days, if no damage is found and no extra fees have been incurred.
No Smoking or Pets
The Camper MUST be returned clean. Campers returned unclean will be charged $100 from their security deposit.
Pulling a trailer makes the travel time longer, plan accordingly. You must be on time or early for returning as this could effect another person’s vacation. If the trailer is returned late, you will be charged an additional night’s rent.
Due to the inability to perform an accurate inspection after dark, no returns will be accepted after sunset. Additional rental fees may apply.
If you are new to pulling a trailer, we recommend pull thru sites.
Make sure you have room to let out the slide out before beginning to do so.
Plan to empty the black and/or gray tanks when they are 3/4 full. Do NOT let them get completely full or you may have back-up issues.
Make sure everything is latched prior to pulling out. This includes the refrigerator, doors to the master suite, and any other doors/cabinet doors.
